Chilembwe “Chilé” Manuel
Director & Director of Photography
Chilé Manuel is a seasoned professional in the television and film industry, with a passion for storytelling that has driven his career since 2010. His journey began in high school, where he studied TV and film production, developing skills in cinematography and editing. In 2007, Chilé earned a Bachelor of Arts in Mass Communications from Savannah State University, marking the formal start of his career in entertainment.
Since 2010, Chilé has contributed to numerous high-profile projects, including “The Walking Dead,” “Stranger Things,” “Dynasty,” “Judge Steve Harvey,” and various productions with Tyler Perry Studios from 2012 to 2019. An avid cyclist and culinary arts enthusiast, Chilé is also dedicated to the martial art of Kapoeira Angola. He continues to excel, constantly pushing the boundaries of his artistry and storytelling.
Amaefula “Fula” Manuel
Director & Chief Lighting Technician
Fula is a seasoned professional in the TV and film industry with nearly a decade of experience, having started his career in 2016. Over the years, he has worked in various essential roles in the film industry, including Rigging Lighting Technician, Set Lighting Technician, Best Boy, and Gaffer. His technical expertise and adaptability in these positions have made him a valuable asset to numerous productions. From rigging complex lighting setups to managing the power needs of a set, Fula has honed a versatile skill set that allows him to tackle challenges efficiently, ensuring every project runs smoothly.
In addition to his technical work, Fula has also expanded his skillets into directing, working on multiple projects that showcase his creative abilities. His background in lighting and electrical work has given him a unique perspective when it comes to visual storytelling, allowing him to approach direction with a strong understanding of the interplay between light, shadow, and composition. Fula’s diverse experience in both the technical and creative aspects of film making has made him a well-rounded professional, and his passion for both the craft and the industry continues to drives his success in the world of TV and film production.

Billion Beats Productions, established in 2001 in Atlanta, GA, specializes in diverse genres like Hip-hop, R&B, Afro beats, Alternative, and Reggae. Husband and Wife, Kayode and Brandi are also Hip-hop artists. They have collaborated with Qrown, Buddy Row, Radio Dre, and F.A.M.O. Additionally, they have worked with numerous underground artists across the U.S. and internationally with German producer Pavel A. Notable projects include Chamillionaire’s Reign Fall EP (track: “Go Get It”) and collaborations with artists such as Krayzie Bone, La Chat, Bone Thugs-N-Harmony, Frayser Boy, Fiend, Lil Wyte, and C-Mob.
They are dedicated to producing high-quality, professional work using the digital audio workstation FL Studio. Their influences include artists such as T.I., OutKast, Three 6 Mafia, Sun-El Musician, The Isley Brothers, The Delfonics, Tupac, Organized Noize, Lex Luger, Shawty Redd, Eightball & MJG, Aaliyah, Bob Marley, Peter Tosh, André 3000 and many more.
